Plant Variety Protected - Title V Option

Can only be sold by variety name as a Class of Certified Seed - three generations unless otherwise indicated.

*Indicates no limit to number of generations; **Limited to two generations.

The following varieties have been applied for under the 1994 amendments of the Plant Variety Protection
Act Title V and do not fit under the exemption that allows a producer to sell to another producer,
unauthorized or uncertified seed.
